Mattoon, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Washington Savings Bank Wealth Management Department has awarded over $257,700.00 for the 2025-2026 school year to over 70 new and renewal students thanks to the generosity of the following donors: Mattoon Chamber, Jacob Stump, Florence M Ramsey, Eagles, Boyd, VFW, Jack Shaffer, Wilma Wolfe, Sylvia Swinehart, and Emily Oblinger Dole.
