Owners of for-profit small businesses based and registered in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Applicants who are at least 18 years old.
Businesses that generated less than US $1 million in revenue in 2023.
Companies with no more than 25 employees.
Non-profit organizations are not eligible for this funding.
Applicants must apply for only one business per application round.

Complete any two grant-eligible courses or virtual events between July 1, 2025, and December 10, 2025.
Once completed, you’ll automatically unlock the grant application on your account.

It’s essential to ensure that both courses or events show as “Completed” in your Digital Ready Library before submitting your application.
