Transparency School is a premier international training program designed to equip emerging professionals, senior students, and graduates with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to foster transparency, integrity, and accountability in public, private, and civil society sectors. Established by Transparency International Lithuania, the School has become a hub for young leaders dedicated to strengthening governance and advancing ethical practices globally.
The Transparency School 2026 will take place from July 13 to 17, 2026, in Vilnius, Lithuania, and welcomes applications from motivated participants committed to driving change within their organizations, communities, and countries.
Transparency School is grounded in the principles of good governance, anti-corruption, and accountability. Its mission is to develop a new generation of professionals capable of creating tangible improvements in governance structures, promoting ethical decision-making, and leading initiatives that enhance transparency across sectors.
The programme combines practical learning, interactive workshops, and peer networking to create an immersive educational experience. Over the years, Transparency School has nurtured a growing alumni network, creating a global community of change-makers who continue to collaborate, share best practices, and advance the transparency agenda in diverse contexts.

Transparency School is open to senior students, graduates, and young professionals. In 2025, the average participant age was approximately 30 years old.
