The West Southern Pines Community Association (WSPCA) was honored to present the first Allisha D. Watts Memorial Scholarship to three recent graduates of Pinecrest High School.
Nora Bowman, association president, says, “All three will strive to improve the mental and physical health of others through service, advocacy and empowerment, just as Allisha did through her company, Aspired Visions, and volunteerism.”
