Fully Funded Scholarship for International Students (Non-EU)
The prestigious Émile Boutmy Scholarship was established by Sciences Po to attract the best international students from outside the European Union. Named after the university’s founder, Émile Boutmy, this scholarship provides exceptional students the opportunity to pursue Undergraduate or Master’s degree programs at one of France’s leading universities in social sciences.
The scholarship is supported by several private sponsors including Fondation Geneviève McMillan-Reba Stewart, L’Oréal, Michel David-Weill, and Chalhoub Group. The scholarship may be combined with external funding such as the Eiffel Scholarship, AEFE, or French government aid. However, it cannot be combined with other internal Sciences Po scholarships (e.g., Mastercard Foundation, CARE, Fondation de France/René Seydoux).
The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence and the profile relevance to Sciences Po’s international mission. Only applicants admitted to eligible programs will be considered.
