SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) – Springfield Public Schools announced Wednesday that the Springfield Promise Program is awarding $100,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors of the class of 2025.
Now in its fifteenth year, the program looks to support higher education through its Last Dollar Scholarship in order to lower the financial barriers between students and college enrollment.
Eligible students are receiving between $500 and $2,500 based on their financial need.
