
The Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (APARC) at Stanford University is now accepting applications for the 2026–27 Shorenstein Postdoctoral Fellowship on Contemporary Asia. This prestigious program supports junior scholars pursuing advanced research on contemporary political, economic, or social change in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as topics in international relations and international political economy.
Each year, APARC offers two postdoctoral fellowships designed to foster innovative scholarship on Asia. Fellows receive:
