Ke’Shaye Savage, a Selma High track and field star, has officially signed to continue her athletic career at the University of Mobile.
Savage, who graduated in May, is known for her dedication, work ethic, and passion for the sport. She set new personal records and helped lead her high school team to countless victories.
Savage said the decision to sign with the University of Mobile was a tough, with options from several prestigious programs. Ultimately, she chose the University of Mobile for its strong track and field program and its academic reputation.
Savage balanced her rigorous training schedule with a commitment to academics. She credits much of her success to the support system she’s had throughout her high school years, especially from her coaches and her family.
