SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) — The South Bend Branch of the NAACP hosted their 42nd annual Hazel B. Hunter Scholarship Luncheon at Four Winds Casino Friday afternoon.
WSBT 22 Anchor John Paul was proud to serve as emcee for the fundraiser and event.
It featured city and county leaders, educators, and community advocates celebrating education, advocacy, and service.
This year, five students received thousand dollar scholarships.
