An organization that supports women employees and entrepreneurs by providing them with opportunities for professional development, growth and connection. WEWIL offers quarterly online workshops focused on building leadership skills, providing mentorship, and creating networking opportunities for women leaders who aspire to make a profound and lasting impact in their industries and communities. We believe in not just personal success but also in the collective advancement of women everywhere. 
Our workshops arel scheduled on Fridays from 12 PM to 1 PM PT, making them the perfect “lunch and learn” opportunity. Each workshop is accessible for a modest fee of $15, which directly supports our community initiatives. The dates for our upcoming sessions are as follows:

We believe that by attending these online workshops, they will gain the tools and connections needed to advance in their careers and contribute to a greater cause. 
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, WEWIL is deeply committed to social responsibility. All proceeds from ticket sales for our online workshops are donated to Fostering Youth Independence, whose mission is to equip foster youth to complete post-secondary education and become successful, independent adults.  This partnership allows us to give back in a meaningful way, ensuring that women who need help the most receive it.
