The ReEntry Program is a 15-week, paid fellowship offering hands-on experience, career development, and the potential for full-time employment at one of the world’s leading financial institutions. The program recognizes that great careers are not always linear—and values the diverse perspectives that returning professionals bring.

The program is ideal for:
Professionals who have taken a career break of 2+ years
Former Associate or VP-level professionals (or equivalent)
Individuals looking to return to full-time roles in finance, technology, operations, risk, product, legal, and more
Candidates with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills
Financial services experience is beneficial but not required.
The first week focuses on:

Refreshing professional and technical skills
Guided workshops and skills-building
Every participant is paired with a dedicated mentor for personalized support throughout the program.
