The JPMC 2026 Fellowship Program is officially open for applications, offering one of the most sought-after paid opportunities for sophomore students interested in finance, technology, data science, business, and financial services. The JPMC Fellowship is a five-week, full-time, paid summer program hosted in select JPMorgan Chase offices across the United States. It is open to all majors and welcomes students graduating between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
The program seeks talented sophomores—including, but not limited to, Black, Hispanic, and Latino students—who want to explore meaningful career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase.
Fellows work on real business projects, gaining practical skills and exposure to different areas of financial services.
The program includes tailored sessions on leadership, technical skills, and professional development designed to prepare students for future roles.
With curriculum-based learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities, the fellowship serves as a foundation for future internships and full-time roles at JPMorgan Chase.
During the five weeks, fellows will:
Strengthen teamwork and problem-solving skills

Participate in a tailored curriculum focused on financial services
Gain industry exposure across multiple potential career tracks
