Impact Creators is a six-month fellowship for emerging content creators and digital journalists across the MENA region who are committed to producing responsible, high-impact, human-interest stories for digital audiences.
This fellowship sits at the intersection of content creation and journalism, supporting storytellers working across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, podcasts, and other digital platforms, while grounding their work in ethical, public-interest journalism.
The programme is implemented by Raseef22 and Internews, combining regional expertise with global best practices in digital media and storytelling.

What the Fellowship Offers
Financial Support
Selected fellows receive micro-grants of USD 1,500–3,000 to produce a public-interest content series (3–5 pieces). Grants can be used for production costs, research, and freelance support.
Editorial Mentorship & Training
Fellows receive hands-on mentorship from experienced editors and trainers, including:

Training in legal, ethical, creative, and technical storytelling

Guidance on platform-specific publishing strategies
Content Production

Content & Impact
Fellows are expected to produce a series of 3–5 content pieces that:

Engage audiences and drive measurable social impact
Examples of social issues include: gender and social justice, health and well-being, migration, climate change, education, minority rights, and social cohesion.
Time Commitment & Expectations
