The Melton Foundation invites young changemakers, social innovators, and SDG practitioners from around the world to apply for the Global Solvers Accelerator 2026 — an 8-month immersive leadership and impact program designed to strengthen social change initiatives and cultivate global collaboration.

Through eight thematic learning modules, expert mentorship, and peer-to-peer learning, participants gain the tools, skills, and support needed to scale real-world impact. A signature highlight of the program is the fully sponsored Global Solvers Co-Lab — a week-long, in-person gathering in Accra, Ghana, where participants co-design solutions, collaborate across cultures, and expand their global networks. Upon completion, fellows join a lifelong community of global changemakers and gain access to continued mentorship and opportunities.

Eligibility

• Age: 20–35 years
• Project Requirement: Must be actively leading or engaged in a social impact initiative

• Motivation: Interested in strengthening leadership, connecting globally, and advancing sustainable change
