As a Talent Corps Ambassador, you will:
Engage and support Alumni and Associates across Africa
Promote youth-centered initiatives and employment opportunities
Strengthen community impact and leadership networks
Contribute to the Mastercard Foundation’s mission of creating a world where everyone has an opportunity to learn and prosper
This role is ideal for young African leaders eager to give back, build networks, and advance professional development.
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Residency: Must be a resident of an African country at the time of application
Age: Must be under 35 years old
Program Participation: Must have participated in a Mastercard Foundation program
Work Authorization: Must possess a valid work permit for their country of residence (if different from citizenship)
Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
