(Des Moines, IA) — Des Moines Area Community College has introduced the Max Opportunity Scholarship, which will cover tuition, books, and tools for highly motivated, low-income Iowans.
Announced by DMACC President Rob Denson at the Iowa State Fair, the scholarship is intended to remove cost barriers for students pursuing job training or college degrees. Students can apply by contacting a DMACC advisor or visiting dmacc.edu.
The scholarship will be available for eligible students across DMACC’s six campuses and multiple learning centers.
