INDIAN CREEK, Ohio — Residents of Indian Creek gathered at Hopedale Legion Softball Field this morning to honor the memory of Bradyn Cole White, a 16-year-old student athlete who passed away in April. Friends, family, and community members participated in a tournament held in his honor.
In remembrance of White, his family established the "Bradyn Cole Forever 57 Scholarship." Proceeds from today's tournament will fund the scholarship, which is designated for football players at Indian Creek High School.
Additionally, the Indian Creek football team will wear the number 57 on their helmets this upcoming season to commemorate White's legacy.
