AUBURN, AL. — NC State men’s and women’s basketball had golden opportunities to win Quad I games on the road and struggled down the stretch to continue to drop games against quality opponents. On the men’s side, the offense was a bit of a let down, but the defense continued to have issues. On the women’s side, the questions continue about perimeter shooting and the big guard position.
