The WYFEI 2030 Initiative has launched the Afri’Talent Learning Management System (LMS)—a new digital platform designed to strengthen Africa’s creative economy by equipping young creatives with practical skills, business tools, and professional development resources.
Developed by Tikera Africa for the African Union, with support from BMZ through the GIZ African Union Portfolio, the Afri’Talent LMS expands the successful foundation laid by the Afri’Talent Bootcamps and Remote Learning Sessions. This next step brings structured, flexible, and accessible learning to creative entrepreneurs across the continent.
The Afri’Talent LMS is a self-paced digital platform offering:
Practical training modules
Downloadable toolkits
Business development resources
A flexible and user-friendly learning experience
Content tailored to Africa’s creative industries
It is designed for creatives of all backgrounds—including designers, filmmakers, digital creators, artisans, and cultural entrepreneurs—who want to build sustainable and impactful careers.
The African creative sector holds enormous potential, but access to quality training and industry-specific knowledge remains a challenge. The Afri’Talent LMS helps bridge this gap by providing:
Expert-designed, industry-relevant content
Opportunities to strengthen entrepreneurial and digital skills
Tools to grow and formalize creative businesses
A platform accessible from anywhere in Africa
If you are talented, motivated, and eager to elevate your creative career, this is your opportunity.
