With more than a decade of social impact experience, TFSG connects communities with the skills of JPMorgan Chase employees in technology, data, design, and strategy. Through pro bono projects, we help mission-driven organizations solve pressing challenges, strengthen digital infrastructure, and build sustainable tech solutions that drive meaningful impact.
Our programs provide tailored support from JPMorgan Chase employees who bring expertise in areas such as software development, data science, UX/UI design, and digital strategy. Organizations gain access to world-class talent without financial cost—only the commitment to maintain and scale solutions post-program.
Here’s an overview of our main programs:
Description: A multi-month program where a team of 5–10 JPMorgan Chase employees dedicate 10% of their work week to develop a sustainable tech, data, or design solution for your organization.
Timeline:
Short-term: 3–5 months (starting Q2/Q3 2026)
Long-term: 8 months (starting Q1 2026)
Examples of Solutions:
Tech: CMS/website development, CRM implementation, LMS, mobile/web apps, platform optimization, emerging tech solutions
Data: Analytics, visualization, collection tools, data mapping, AI/ML solutions
Design: UX/UI research, product design
Description: A rapid one-day consultation with 5–10 senior JPMorgan Chase tech executives.
Focus Areas:
Tools & Systems: Data architecture, tech modernization, digital transformation
People & Processes: Executive buy-in, change management, resourcing strategy
Timeline: 1 day
Description: A 6–12 month engagement where a senior JPMorgan Chase executive provides 1–2 hours per month of strategic tech or data guidance.
Timeline: 6–12 months
Description: A 1–2 day hackathon pairing your organization with teams of university students mentored by JPMorgan Chase employees.
Outcomes: Prototypes or data insights around CMS platforms, CRMs, LMS, apps, and analytics.
Note: Prototypes are not production-ready but can spark innovation and ideas.
To qualify for a Tech for Social Good program, organizations must:
Be a socially focused organization (e.g., nonprofits, NGOs, foundations, CDFIs, schools, social enterprises).
Have leadership/board buy-in and a clearly defined need for tech capacity building.
Be able to maintain or implement solutions after program completion.
Employ at least one full-time staff member to serve as a point of contact throughout the program.
Dedicate capacity to engage with the TFSG team during the program.
The application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Progress can be saved and returned to later.
TFSG programs provide skills and expertise only—we do not provide direct financial assistance or long-term IT support.
Additional opportunities, such as workshops and conferences, may be available by completing the TFSG interest form.
