What Fellows Will Do

This project-based fellowship prepares graduates for leadership roles in healthcare.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with executive leaders on high-impact strategic projects.
• Conducting data analysis and research to support decision-making.
• Participating in leadership meetings, board sessions, and community initiatives.
• Rotating through departments such as finance, operations, clinical services, and strategy.
• Completing a capstone project tied to Freeman Health System’s strategic goals.

Fellowship Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree (completed or near completion) in MHA, MBA, MPH, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to healthcare improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare work or internship experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and patient safety.
