What Fellows Will Do
This project-based fellowship prepares graduates for leadership roles in healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with executive leaders on high-impact strategic projects.
- Conducting data analysis and research to support decision-making.
- Participating in leadership meetings, board sessions, and community initiatives.
- Rotating through departments such as finance, operations, clinical services, and strategy.
- Completing a capstone project tied to Freeman Health System’s strategic goals.
Fellowship Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree (completed or near completion) in MHA, MBA, MPH, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
- Commitment to healthcare improvement and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous healthcare work or internship experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and patient safety.
