The Adobe Lead Ambassador Program is an exclusive opportunity for university students in the United States and the United Kingdom to become the lead representative of Adobe on their campus. As a Lead Ambassador, you’ll mentor your ambassador team, organize creative events, and help foster innovation and collaboration among students.
This leadership role is part of the broader Adobe Student Ambassador Program, empowering students to inspire creativity, share ideas, and connect communities through digital tools like Adobe Express and the Creative Cloud suite.
Serve as the go-to mentor for your leadership team, supporting their growth and alignment.
Host monthly check-ins to share wins, plan new initiatives, and strengthen engagement.
Recruit new ambassadors and help expand Adobe’s campus presence.
Lead 3 key activations per semester — such as Freshers’ fairs, career weeks, or creative showcases.
Apply for event budgets and report on outcomes to Adobe’s regional team.
Represent Adobe at major university events, ensuring strong student visibility.
Partner with Adobe staff, faculty members, and student organizations.
Secure spaces for events and manage co-branded opportunities with your university.
Run feedback challenges with your team and share student insights with Adobe.
Keep track of creative trends on campus and suggest new features or initiatives.

This opportunity is open to currently-enrolled university students who have free access to Adobe Express via their .eduor .uk institutional email — either as a standalone tool or through the Creative Cloud license.

Selected candidates will be notified via email and invited to join Adobe’s Leadership Hub, where they’ll access exclusive resources to help drive creative engagement on campus. Through this digital hub, ambassadors will connect with fellow leaders worldwide, participate in virtual workshops, receive hands-on mentorship from Adobe experts, and gain early access to upcoming tools and creative challenges.
