The family of Sydney Barnes, a Millersville University student who died after being hit by a car, is partnering with the Greencastle-Antrim Education Foundation to create a scholarship in her honor.
Her brother, Nick Barnes, said Sydney hoped to serve others through a career in the medical field.
“Sydney has already touched countless lives, and through this scholarship, her light will continue to shine for generations to come,” Nick Barnes said.
