WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – Goodwin University is holding its 20th Annual Goodwin Foundation Golf Tournament.
Channel 3’s Scot Haney was the Honorary Chair for the event.
The money raised from the tournament goes towards supporting student scholarships.
According to Goodwin University, 85% of Goodwin University students need financial aid to finish their programs and graduate.
“This scholarship support is sometimes the one thing that stands between students who are trying to make a better life for themselves and their families,” said Mark Scheinberg, President, Goodwin University.
