In an unprecedented achievement for Slippery Rock University, 12 outstanding students have been selected as recipients of the 2025 Occupational Safety Scholarships from the American Society of Safety Professionals Foundation, earning a total of $22,000. Chosen students included:
The ASSP has awarded scholarships to students in occupational safety, occupational health fields, and closely related degrees since 1990. Scholarships are awarded to students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. More information about the ASSP Foundation Scholarship program is available online.
